About

Elaine began her career in the Financial Services Industry, spending twelve years with AIB Bank. Her career within the banking sector was focused in Retail Banking and Training & Development. In 2000, Elaine completed an MBA at Trinity College where she was awarded John Good prize for ‘Student of the Year’, Trinity Business Alumni ‘Team Prize for Best Company Project’ and the Guinness/IMI ‘Sir Charles Harvey Award’. Elaine is an experienced and certified user of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Thomas International profiling tools and the Thomas Killmann Conflict Mode Instrument. Since establishing KREST Consulting in January 2002, Elaine has worked with a variety of Organisations where she has had a significant influence within those Organisations at a strategic and operational level. Elaine became an associate of the IMCI in 2002.
