Denis Brennan has unique experience Irish and international consumer goods marketing.
With 5 years with C&A, involving 2 years professional graduate training, 2 years as a Marketing Manager and 1 year as a Buyer, he acquired a detailed knowledge of the retail industry in the UK and European clothing markets.
10 years with the Switzer Group, including 5 years as Merchandise Director, and 1 year as Managing Director, gave him a breadth and depth of experience in consumer goods markets in Accessories, Clothing and Household goods, sourcing product and examining retail trends in Europe, the US and the Far East.
For 3 years he was Marketing Director and Chief Executive with Magee. There his strategic skills were applied to internationalising Magee’s marketing.
In 1991, he commenced practice as a management consultant, trading as Denis Brennan & Associates.
Denis became an associate of the IMCI in 1992 and a member in 1996. He is also a long-standing member of the Marketing Institute.
The consultancy has associates in London and Belfast.
The consultancy specialises in Consumer Goods markets – assisting company development in Strategic Planning and Marketing, principally for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Manufacturing, Distribution and Retailing.
